Удаление части придатка семенника хряка

Данная операция – простой способ стерилизации хряка. По сути, это та же вазэктомия, но более простая в выполнении. В результате операции хряк будет испытывать либидо, но не сможет оплодотворять свиноматок, т.к. удаляемая часть придатка хранит в себе созревшие сперматозоиды перед эякуляцией.  

Необходимые материалы

— Те же, что и для кастрации хряка.

— Пара хирургических ножниц.

— Хирургические щипцы.

Процедура

1. Операцию проводите под наблюдением ветврача.

2. Процедура повторяет процесс кастрации поросят в возрасте 10-21 дней от рождения. Примените местную анестезию. Во время операции НЕ ПРОРЕЖЬТЕ САМ СЕМЕННИК.

3. Приподнимите каждый из семенников и определите, где находится задняя часть придатка (это синеватая припухлая область).

4. Придерживая заднюю часть придатка хирургическими щипцами, отрежьте её, как показано на рисунке, не повредив при этом семенник.

5. Подождите, пока семенник не вернется обратно в мошонку. Убедитесь, что между кожей не проглядывают никакие ткани.

6. Рану смажьте антибиотиковым  кремом и наложите шов.

7. Когда хряк достигнет 6-месячного возраста, возьмите образец его семени, в ней не должно быть сперматозоидов.

8. Чтобы собрать семя, достаточно позволить хряку осеменить свинку и во время процесса протянуть в шейку матки свинки трубку и собрать эякулят шприцем.

9. Другой способ – собрать эякулят хряка вручную.

10. Оба образца проверьте на наличие/отсутствие сперматозоидов.
